- La parte que promoviere juicio de alimentos deberá, en un mismo escrito:

- El juez, sin perjuicio de ordenar inmediatamente las medidas probatorias que fueren solicitadas, señalará una audiencia que tendrá lugar dentro de un plazo que no podrá exceder de DIEZ (10) días, contado desde la fecha de la presentación. En dicha audiencia, a la que deberán comparecer las partes personalmente y el representante del ministerio pupilar, si correspondiere, el juez procurará que aquéllas lleguen a un acuerdo directo, en cuyo caso, lo homologará en ese mismo acto, poniendo fin al juicio. - Cuando, sin causa justificada, la persona a quien se le requieren alimentos no compareciere a la audiencia prevista en el artículo anterior, en el mismo acto el juez dispondrá:
